Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project, located in Anne Arundel County, is for the replacement of the entrance doors at the Administration’s Hanover Complex. The Project consists of the following major elements to be more fully described in the specifications, contract drawing and other contract documents: 1. Selective demolition of existing outer all-glass entry doors at Buildings 1 and 2 of SHA’s Hanover complex. Disconnection of associated electronic access control. 2. Installation of new aluminum storefront systems and doors. Reconnection of electrical access control components. 3. Remove existing metal thresholds at exterior doors. Install new thermally broken metal thresholds with new storefront systems at exterior doors. 4. Disconnect and remove existing electric door operators and associated push plates and hardware at exterior doors.
