Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland School for the Deaf is soliciting bids for the replacement of the Ambrosen Building storefront at the Frederick Campus. Provide all labor to remove the existing storefront from the Ambrosen Administration building and install a new one in the existing location. The new storefront shall be of a white anodized material that closely resembles the existing storefront. The contractor will design specifications to be submitted and approved The new design shall incorporate double pane insulated low –e glass for the windows. The doors and other solid area will be insulated to a factor of at least R-6 The door hardware shall include a new panic bar and hinges The door shall include a new keyed cylinder with thumb turn interior knob, keyed to the existing door keyway The contractor is responsible for all disconnection and rewiring of the existing access control system.
