1. Vendor will remove the old Pool Pump/Motor and dispose of the old pump from MSD property. 2. Vendor will provide and install a new Baldor/Marlow 10HP pump and motor assembly, 208-230 volts, 1765 RPM (Baldor catalog number JMM3313T) or equivalent with same the performance. 3. Vendor must wire up a new pool pump to the current existing circuit, test unit for performance and flow. 4. Pictures are provided of the old pump with this Solicitation. 5. MSD Maintenance Department will inspect wiring and performance of the pump. 6. The vendor will clean up the worksite upon completion of the project. 7. Vendor must warranty the installation for 1 year from the date of installing the new pump. Any defect in workmanship will be corrected by the vendor at no cost to MSD. 8. Vendor must provide MSD with a copy of the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is acceptable to MSD and no extended warranties are expected.
