Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The Contractor shall remove the existing pair of wood entry doors, openers and closers, threshold, mag-lock, door sweep, hardware, etc. taking care not to damage the door frame, transom, or other surrounding surfaces. Any damage that occurs due to the Contractors efforts shall be repaired/replaced at the sole cost to the Contractor and to the satisfaction of the DGS Project Manager. b. Fabrication of the new door assembly shall include any hardware necessary for a full and complete installation. Hardware shall be sufficient in size and weight to support the new door units. Any existing door closers, automatic operators, mag-lock, or access control shall be removed and reinstalled, where applicable. c. Contractor shall supply new, install, and make operational one (1) pair of commercial aluminum storefront entry doors (each door measuring approximately 3β wide x 7β tall) with each door having white muntins in the air space between the glass, creating an image of 3 lights horizontally and 5 lights vertically (total of 15 lights per door). Install all related hardware to include continuous style door hinges, exit devices, exterior hardware trim, threshold, closers, door sweep, weather stripping, etc.βall items and labor needed to complete this project. Replacement doors to match existing door color as close as possible to the satisfaction of the DGS Project Manager. d. Contractor shall replace and supply new, install and make operational three (3) wireless square style, stainless steel push plate actuators and all components to make active and ADA Compliant; Two (2) Interior buttons and one (1) exterior button, all to be mounted in current location and synchronized to operate the right-hand exterior and right-hand vestibule doors simultaneously. Size and style to match existing. e. All work shall be plumb, level and square, true to line and in proper alignment with the existing door frames.
