This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to replace the existing entrance doors and windows in the Pocomoke River State Park, 3461 Worcester Hwy, Snow Hill, MD 21863. 2. The proposed project shall include, but is not limited to the following: a. Remove completely all exterior total 14 (fourteen) and interior total 3 (three) pedestrian door systems in Shad landing and Milburn area. b. Install 14 (fourteen) new exterior and 3 (three) new interior pedestrian steel doors and frames complete with hardware, closers, kick plates, etc. All door unit sizes shall match existing rough opening widths (VIF). c. Key all 17 (seventeen) doors to match. d. Remove completely all windows at the maintenance shop total 14 (fourteen). e. Install 14 (Forten) new awning windows (approx. 45’’x20’’each)
