Scope of Work-Parking Lot • Overlay the existing asphalt/concrete parking lot. The parking lot is approximately 14,889 square feet. • Mill/remove asphalt, as needed, for smooth transitions, tie-ins and to help with maintaining drainage. • Install a new parking area in the upper left corner of parking lot with asphalt, approximately 320 square feet. • Removal and re-installation of (34) concrete wheel stops. Replacement of wheel stops • As needed, apply tack for adhesion purposes. • Overlay the existing concrete and existing asphalt with 1 ½ “ hot mix surface asphalt. • Roll asphalt for compaction. • Layout and line stripe the parking lot to match the existing layout. • Removal of all related debris from premises at the end of each working day. Scope of Work-Sidewalk Repairs • Replace damaged monolithic curb and sidewalk with wire mesh. The proposed area is 155x5 with a 9x5 and a 5x5 lead walk area. • Repair three sections of the city sidewalk. The proposed sections are 45x4, 40x4, and 60x4 and has a 20 feet of entry way. • Repair city curb and gutter. The five sections are 10, 10, 20, 10, and 20 feet respectively. The 20 feet area is in an entry way, nosed and depressed.
