1. Siding is to be a fiber reinforced cement product installed and flashed to manufacturers instructions. Nardi Plank Smooth Statement Collection in Arctic white is preferred. Exterior trim including corner boards, window and door casing, stair risers, band boards and post wraps to be white PVC. Samples of siding and trim material to be presented to the owner for selection. 2.Windows are to be white Andersen 400 series with Low E coating, prefinished white interior, full screens and single vertical grid in the upper sash or equivalent. Windows to comply with sizing and types shown in section A9 on page A001. 3.Exterior doors to be fiberglass. All interior doors are solid core wood panels.
