to procure services for the renovation, reconfiguration, and infrastructure upgrades to accommodate the relocation of the MVA Division of Investigations and Security Services at the MVA Glen Burnie Facility, as outlined in Section 2. The contract, awarded to the successful bidder, will require the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, supervision, tools, and transportation necessary to complete the project. Services include, but are not limited to, space reconfiguration, floor leveling and installation of modular carpet, replacement of the acoustic ceiling system, MEP modifications, IT infrastructure installation, and relocation of fire alarm and security systems. All work must comply with industry standards and meet the specifications and requirements detailed in this IFB to ensure the highest quality, safety, and durability of the finished space.
