Specifications include, but are not limited to: Recreation and Parks desires the services of a professional, independent contractor to provide organized, supervised and comprehensive physical and health and wellness training through Zumba fitness in Baltimore City recreation centers as scheduled by Recreation and Parks.; Vendor must possess skills, certification and experience which qualify it to perform in this capacity and maintain certification throughout the duration of the program.; Vendor must require all of its instructors, employees, agents, and volunteers who will interact in any degree with minor participants to submit to a criminal background investigation to be processed by the Department at the rate of $31.75 before working in the Centers. ; Vendor, through its instructors, employees, agents, and volunteers agree to comply with the Department’s, Baltimore City Health Department’s, and CDC guidance as it relates to COVID-19 precautions and measures, performing the Program, and interacting with participants and others at the Centers.; Vendor, through its instructors, employees, agents, and volunteers, shall use the Centers only for the purpose of class instructed described in the scope of service and providing all equipment and material needed.
