The project is located in Frederick County, Maryland. The project will be bid as a reconstruction of Bridge No. F07-10 on Covell Road over Little Bennett Creek. The work will include construction of a temporary roadway & bridge, closure of the existing bridge, removal of the existing bridge trusses, removal of the existing bridge deck, reconstruction of portions of the existing bridge substructure, construction of new bridge girders, construction of new glulam bridge deck, painting of existing steel trusses, reinstallation of existing steel trusses, full-depth pavement reconstruction, new full-depth pavement, placing asphalt wedge/level, resurfacing existing pavement, performing roadside grading, installing storm drain systems and culverts, constructing stormwater management facilities, installing traffic barriers and end treatments, installing signing and pavement markings, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, and maintenance of stream flow
