a. Completing field-run survey including stakeout of repairs and improvements; b. Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary erosion and sediment control and care of water measures; c. Selective demolition; d. Stripping and stockpiling of topsoil; e. Constructing a blanket filter of fine aggregates on the downstream side of the dam embankment; f. Constructing a toe drain of coarse and fine aggregates at the downstream toe of the dam embankment; g. Constructing a filter diaphragm around the existing principal spillway pipe; h. Installing controlled fill and grading on the dam embankment; i. Trenching of rock to design grades in both downstream groins; j. Installing trench drains on both downstream groins consisting of coarse and fine aggregates with drain pipes; k. Constructing permanent cleanouts, weir boxes and endwalls for the proposed drain pipes associated with the toe drain, filter diaphragm and groin trench drains; l. Constructing an access ramp to the principal spillway riser structure; m. Placement of riprap on the upstream face of the dam, along the downstream groins and in the plunge pool downstream of the principal spillway outlet; n. Installing topsoil and permanent stabilization measures on disturbed areas; o. Installing park benches and keep off dam signs; p. Maintaining red-lined drawings of as-built information; q. Coordination with the Owner, EIC, and regulators as required by the Contract Documents and project permits; r. Project management.
