1. Remove existing 5” gutter and 2x3 downspout from house. 2. Inspect all fascia boards for damage, if damaged, replace with new 1x6 primed pine. If fascia board that is in need of replacement is crown molding that will have to be matched and priced separately according to molding cost. 3. Install new 6” seamless white aluminum K style .032 gauge gutter. 4. All gutters will be fastened with premium heavy-duty hangers every two feet. 5. All gutters will be installed with T-Wedges due to the fascia angle. 6. Install new 3x4 white downspouts in same location and some additional locations where downspouts should be installed, all fastened to gutters and building. 7. All end caps, miters and outlets are to be caulked. 8. Install GutterRX gutter covers in bronze over all new gutters. 9. Clean all job-related debris from site, dispose of properly. 10. 20-year material guarantee/5year labor guarantee.
