The City is seeking sealed bids to provide construction services for the repair of the Rabbitt Road Culverts located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The culverts consist of three (3) 96-inch diameter CMP pipes, with each having a length of approximately 171-feet. The work includes the removal and replacement of the concrete inverts along the entire length of all three culverts, the installation of a coal tar epoxy coating along all exposed metal areas above the concrete inverts, plus additional spot repair work as outlined herein. All work shall be performed in accordance with the design plans and specifications and references contained therein, which are Exhibits A-E. The culvert location is affected by a stream closure period from March 1 – June 15.
