2.2 Background and Purpose A. Landscaping services for Frederick County locations: Services are to be provided at various locations around Frederick County. The service provider will be licensed in accordance with Maryland State Law and will be able to provide proof of this license. The service provider will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, chemicals, all incidentals, and supplies to provide all required services. Services provided include, but are not limited to: grass cutting, weed eating, edging, cleanup of debris, and general lawn care. B. All mowing shall be performed with either a zero turn, gravely, rotary mower or equivalent with a 60 inch not less than 40-inch cut. Mower height shall be set at three (3) inches. Mower blades and settings shall be maintained as to produce a level, clean cut. Ragged edges shall be unacceptable. 2.2.1 State Staff and Roles A. The Project Monitor is responsible for overseeing normal operations under this contract. The Project Monitor will provide direction on times to perform operations in accordance to adjusted growth rates. B. The Procurement officer will coordinate all billing, invoicing, payments, and handle any financial disputes. C. The Contract Manager will oversee all aspects of this contract.
