1. Scope DYRS is seeking a vendor to procure and deliver toner supplies as needed throughout the fiscal year. DYRS will notify the vendor whenever additional HP, Ricoh, Canon, Brother, Lexmark or any other manufacturer (OEM ONLY) laser toner, toner bottles and drums as needed, the prices to the District shall be as low or lower than those charged to the supplier's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions, in addition to any discounts for prompt payment. Listed below is the inclusive of the typical types of toners that may be requested.
