Applicant will provide an online training module series for care coordinators and their supervisors to receive initial, annual and ad hoc training on important skill building techniques on family engagement, plan of care development and coordination of services for families. Trainings should also include focus on child, adolescent and young adult development; understanding of COMAR and Maryland statutes impacting care coordination; ethical, cultural and linguistic considerations when working with youth and families; importance of building partnerships with child-serving professionals in the community; and effective supervision skills.
