Specifications include, but are not limited to: AACC is seeking a provider to manage benefit administration of Retiree Health Benefits, inclusive of eligibility, election, billing, payments and providing reconciliations on a monthly and annual basis. The College offers retiree’s health benefits for retiree’s and their families. The insurance costs can be funded directly by the retiree or from the retiree’s Maryland State Pension System if so elected by the retiree. AACC is looking to streamline this overall process while also eliminating customizations in their current ERP environment that are being maintained to support the retiree benefits, while also presenting ongoing challenges with upgrading their ERP features and functionality.
