● Phase 1 – Consultant Onboarding ● Phase 2 – Consultant Proposes Assumptions and Information Needed from the Commission or Other Entities, Including Electric Utilities, Electricity Suppliers or PJM ● Phase 3 – Consultant Performs Draft Study ● Phase 4 – Consultant Socializes the Study Results with the Contract Manager and Commission Advisors and Incorporates Feedback ● Phase 5 – Consultant Circulates the Preliminary Report with the Contract Manager and Commission Advisors for Review and Incorporates Feedback ● Phase 6 – Consultant Presents a Near-Final Report to the Commission & Incorporates Feedback ● Phase 7 – Consultant Delivers the Final Report in a Format Agreed by the Contract Manager and Consultant. Note: This Final Report may be integrated with any reports by Commission Advisors to expedite all proceedings for the review under any of the procurement models specified. ● Phase 8 - Consultant Presents the Results of the Procurement Models Study jointly with Commission Advisors to the Maryland General Assembly
