• Repair 625 feet of cracks with Rite-Way material. Apply one coat of SportMaster sand-filled Flex resurfacer over the surface of the courts. Apply two coats of Flex Cone sand-filled paint over the playing surface. Strip one court for tennis with Pickleball lines, and stripping four courts for dedicated Pickleball with white lines. Lines should be installed using line masking tape that is primed to seal the edge and minimize any bleed under the tape. All playing lines will be installed with textured line paint. Playing lines should be rolled. For Fencing, Install 105 feet in length of 4 feet in height with black chain link with top and bottom railing. Contractor shall remove all materials, equipment, barrels, etc. from the site and restore the general site to an acceptable condition.
