Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Secure the REO properties from the date that Contractor receives the assignment from the Department, through the settlement of sale, including, but not limited to, providing: 1. Winterization or de-winterization of systems as needed, grass maintenance, removal of interior and exterior garbage and debris, rodent and insect infestation control, and lock changes; and 2. Monthly interior and exterior property preservation walk-through inspections documenting the dates and times of inspections and noting any deficiencies; and 3. Any other actions necessary to properly secure the REO property. B. Provide a Broker’s Price Opinion (“BPO”) on all properties within five (5) calendar days of assignment by the Department.
