1. Rekey the Patterson House and Gardens locks so individual areas have independent key and includes a master key to open and locks. The estimated number of doors is 12. a) Park personnel must be able to open all doors with a grand master key. b) Rekey the two main entrance doors going into the garage. Both doors must be keyed alike. c) Rekey the door into the Patterson House servant’s quarter/kitchen. d) Rekey well, mechanical, and electric rooms. They must be keyed alike. e) Key the pumphouse/garage bathrooms, all one key. f) Key the pumphouse/garage kitchen. g) Key the pumphouse/garage second floor door. Keyed like the mechanical/electric room key. h) Rekey the Pool House bathrooms, all one key. i) Rekey the Pool House mechanical/electric room. Keyed like mechanical/electric room key from pump house. 2. Service the Patterson House front entrance lock. It is a historic lock that must be functional. 3. Replace locks as needed to secure the doors. 4. Add a lock to the well room, keyed the same as the mechanical and electric rooms. 5. Provide 10 extra key numbers with cut keys to accommodate future expansion and changes.
