Contractor Printing and Mailing Requirements A. Provide a review of all press proofs with MPT before printing B. Provide a 20-page publication, printed on 501b gloss text, color 4/4. C. Provide a publication that is folded with Finish size: 8.5" x 10.875", flat: 17"x 10.875", Prints 4/4 with bleed. D. Provide finishing of saddle stitch, score, trim, and fold. E. Provide delivery to the mail house, per MPT-provided mail lists F. Provide a quantity of at least 55,000 - 65,000 plus bulk & first-class mail Note: varies based on current lists + disbursements + spoilage) plus or minus 1,500 copies to MPT via freight. (average, may vary from month to month) Print Services and Mail Services quantities are estimated amounts and will be paid for at the unit price submitted per thousand.
