This is a non-exhaustive list of tasks that must be performed for this project. If Offeror is unable to perform task, it must be indicated in the proposal submission. A. Construction of 13 concrete material storage bays with side walls, rear walls, all-weatherresistant roofing, and interior lighting, with the following considerations and materials required: i. Storage Bay Walls a) Material: Precast concrete panels or interlocking concrete blocks, materials must be able to withstand heavy loads and accidental impacts from machinery. ii. Design: Panels can be installed vertically or horizontally between steel columns. Interlocking blocks like Legato, Duo™, or Vee® blocks offer flexibility for future expansion and meet fire-resistance standards. iii. Height: Panels can be customized up to 12 feet in height, allowing for significant storage capacity
