Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bowie (“City”) requests qualifications from qualified individual artists and artistic teams (Artist) with regard to site-specific artwork for the replacement of an existing “living” signage, located at the intersection of Maryland Route 197 and Kenhill Drive, Bowie, MD. Qualified artists will have substantial experience in Public Art, working with other design professionals (engineers, architects, environmental and urban planners, or landscape architects), and direct experience with exterior design, fabrication and installation.
