The vendor shall provide a complete Door Alarm System solution including but not limited to: • Real-time monitoring and alarm capabilities for all entry points across schools, offices, and event venues. • Integration with existing MCPS security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and emergency protocols. • Automated alerts and escalation notifications when unauthorized access or unsecured doors are detected. • Scalable deployment options to accommodate elementary, middle, high schools, and central office facilities. • User-friendly dashboards and reporting tools for monitoring and analytics. • Compatibility with MCPS’s Active Directory and Identity Provider for secure user management. • Data reporting, analytics, and secure storage of system activity logs. • GIS mapping and GPS integration to monitor system deployment and coverage. • Compliance with MCPS safety, security, and emergency management standards.
