Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE or the "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to provide coaches for the Promising Principals’ Academy participants that will equip them with the skills necessary to improve school performance.The objective of this RFP is to acquire the services of a contractor with experience in hiring, training, and supporting sevencoaches who will provide leadership coaching to each cohort of Promising Principals; collecting coaching logs; collaborating withthecontract monitor in development of professional learning experiences; establishing and collecting program effectiveness data; providing bimonthly reports to the state; and an end of year summary report.
