Specifications include, but are not limited to: The St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission is seeking information from professional consulting firms qualified to write a new, comprehensive Procurement Policy. Information should include a brief summary of firm experience and qualifications and samples of Procurement Policies previously prepared for municipalities. Experience in Maryland preferred, but not required. The Commission is a quasi-governmental water and sewer authority for St. Mary's County, Maryland. This is a request for information only to determine the types of firms that would be included in a solicitation for a Request for Proposals.
