Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS or the "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to provide medical care, mental health care and utilization management services for all Incarcerated Individuals in the facilities listed in Attachment S and additional facilities may be added or removed during the contract term. These services are one component of the Incarcerated Individual health services program within the Department. The Department has separate contracts for dental and pharmacy services. The Contractor will need to coordinate closely with dental and pharmacy as described in this RFP and is responsible for reviewing each of those Contracts.
