1. Supplying all equipment, licensing, personnel, tools, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the services required by this contract. Contractor-furnished items necessary to perform work as required under this contract shall be consistent and fully compliant with all applicable OSHA, Federal, State, County, City laws, ordinances, and regulations. 2. Ensuring that all his/her motor vehicles and equipment (leased and/or owned) meet State inspection, safety, licensing, registration, and insurance requirements. 3. Ensuring that Contractor equipment and supplies (property) required to perform work under this contract shall not be stored on the cemetery premises. Contractor’s and/or Contractor staff’s personal property, equipment, or vehicles shall not be stored on the cemetery premises.
