The Contractor shall be required to perform cleaning services on a scheduled and on-call basis. These services shall include: 1. The Contractor shall provide portable toilet rental and cleaning/sanitation services at the service frequencies listed in Exhibit A, unless otherwise approved by MAA. 2. Portable toilets shall include at a minimum hand sanitizer and a locking kit. MAA may authorize and approve other options as necessary. 3. Pumping or evacuating the effluent from the portable toilet receptacle into the truck holding tank. 4. Recharge the portable toilet receptacle. 5. Janitorial services for the inside and outside of the unit during service visit including but not limited to: a) Clean and sanitize the interior of the portable toilet; all appropriate areas to be scrubbed with brushes, washed with soap and water and towel dried. b) Refill/repair hand sanitizers. c) Provide toilet tissue. d) Provide deodorizing apparatus inside the units. e) Ensure the outside of the unit is free of dirt and debris and is in an aesthetically pleasing condition. f) Clean and secure the pumping site(s) after material removal (i.e. caps wiped clean, no material on ground, tank caps secured, no biohazard material present, etc.) g) Provide anchors to units that are exposed to high winds. h) Provide repairs to the portable toilet as needed. i) Winterize units prior to freezing temperatures. j) The Contractor shall keep disposal records for the duration of this contract. k) Pricing shall be inclusive of delivery and pickup charges throughout the life of the contract and all items as stated above.
