A. Operations 1. Staffing- The Company will provide a Certified Pool Operators (CPO), and the Pool Managers will supervise the staff and manage all pool operations. A company officer and the Pool Manager shall meet with the City of Hagerstown’s appointed contact at least twice a month. A CPO shall be on site at all times when the pool is open. The Company will provide lifeguard supervision for public swimming, camps, and other organized pool activities. Lifeguards must have current Lifeguard Training certification, as well as CPR and first aid certification. Proof of certification for all lifeguard staff must be provided to the City prior to opening of the pool. Company will be responsible for the safety of the pool patrons, maintaining an orderly and attractive environment and for the cleanliness of the pool, deck and the bathhouse.
