Soda blasting is required on the exterior surface of the west side (entrance area) as shown on the photographs that denote the work limits. All soda blasted surfaces will require McCormick Paint Permalok 100% Acrylic Masonry Primer #06451. Two (2) primer coats shall be applied. All primed surfaces will require McCormick Paint Permalok High Performance Waterproofing Coating #01324 (color: Floor Trek Light Gray “match"). Two (2) finish coats shall be applied. All exterior surface finish coats will be painted in one (1) color: Floor Trek Light Gray. Remove and replace two (2) double window headers (CMU lintel), wall is 12"+/- thick. Assume exterior lintel replacement, if interior lintel needs replaced the rks D de Minor inte Parks Dept. will provide access to interior of PAL building.
