No third-party companies accepted. • Service must be conducted onsite. • Minimum, same day response and minimum onsite time for the engineer is within 24 hours. • Annual Preventative Maintenance to be done on each machine with completion documentation, all to be completed by OEM service member, not third-party service provider. ◦ Manufacturer warranty on all six machines (specify the length of warranty and limitations) ◦ Free 2nd year extended service program. ◦ Detailed explanation for probe replacement shall include accidental breakage or probe failure. Must provide new replacement transducers (No refurbished or repaired transducer replacements). ◦ Annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) must be included for all machines. • Annual diagnostics must be run on all machines to ensure proper clinical output/performance. • Multiple layer security features must include: ◦ Firewall ◦ Malware Protection – only to allow trusted and know applications, libraries to be run on the machine ◦ Operating System Hardening ◦ Customizable Access Controls ◦ At rest and in transit patient data encryption ◦ Audit logging capabilities
