This includes strategic planning, program execution, and continuous improvement efforts to meet the needs of participating students and families. The vendor must coordinate diverse after-school activities that foster academic enrichment, social development, and physical well-being. Additionally, they will be responsible for hiring and training qualified staff, monitoring attendance and student progress, and maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines.
