Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services to be provided by the selected Contractor may include, but not be limited to, the following services: i. General Manager – provide a qualified, customer service oriented and technically trained to lead the BWI parking operations and will dedicate 100% of their time to MAA operations; ii. Staff - Hire, train and re-train sufficient staff to adequately meet, with minimal unplanned overtime expense, public parking facility and administrative requirements; iii. Day to Day - 24/7/365 management oversight and staffing to properly collect, account and deposit daily public parking revenue at 2019 levels of an $80+ million enterprise into the Administration’s designated bank account; a. Collect associated governmental taxes for prompt remittance to the taxing authority; b. Accept credit or debit cards, maintain compliance meeting all PCI DSS requirement standards, and be the merchant of record; c. Maintain and clean all public parking facilities and parking administrative offices. Services shall include at a minimum snow removal plan; lot cleaning, trash removal, office cleaning; parking plaza cleaning and other items. d. Oversee the management of BWI’s Parking Access Revenue Control System (PARCS)
