Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Contractor to provide pricing for three-year contract period. ● Enforcing parking restrictions by issuing Montgomery County citations on streets within the jurisdiction of the Village of Friendship Heights. ● Representing the Village in court when a citation is challenged. Contractor shall provide trained replacement security personnel in place of the security officers during such time as the security officers are in court. Contractor management personnel shall also be available, at no additional cost, to answer questions from people who have received a citation and to investigate any complaints. ● Provide only marked vehicles for the security officer to patrol the Village. The contractor will maintain and pay for full property and liability insurance on the vehicle, and will name the Village of Friendship Heights as additional insured. If the main vehicle is out of service, the contractor will promptly provide a marked replacement vehicle. ● Addressing security problems in an appropriate manner.
