Specifications include, but are not limited to: PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ADVISORY SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF FINANCIAL SYSTEMS The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain fixed price proposals, from qualified firms, to provide project management and advisory services to the County of Loudoun and Loudoun County Public Schools, Virginia (the “County”) in support of the implementation of all the software initiatives described below. The County has three (3) separate but interrelated initiatives to acquire and implement software systems (attached and incorporated herein as Initiative 1, Initiative 2 and Initiative 3): Initiative 1. An integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System for County Government Finance & Administration and County Public Schools Administration. Initiative 2. An Integrated Tax Revenue (ITR) System for the County Treasurer and the County Commissioner of Revenue. Initiative 3. An integrated Computer Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA) and Land Use System for the County Assessor.
