This category is intended to support the creative concepting, development, and execution for all aspects of outdoor advertising, including, but not limited to, traditional billboards, digital boards, airport baggage claims, buses and transit shelters. The awarded vendor(s) will produce industry-leading work that includes, but is not limited to: a. Provide strategy, oversight, and guidance in all creative development, including, but not limited to, creative brief strategy and writing, developing campaign concepts, production management, and photoshoots as needed; b. Design and develop from concept to production through final delivery; c. Animation, editing, resizing, refinement, and music direction, if appropriate; d. Asset customization for geographies, business needs, and reformatting and resizing, as needed; and e. Support OOH design and development projects to fulfill objectives of the Marketing Office.
