Specifications include, but are not limited to:Provide unlimited access to and usage of at least the minimum online legal research services described below, and may include other research services (which must be identified in the Contractor's proposal), for a firm fixed monthly rate for 10 subscribers in the Governor's Office. These legal services shall include: Federal judicial and administrative decisions, Federal Statutes and regulations, Judicial decisions of all States, Statutes and regulations of the States (including the Code of Maryland Regulations), Citation services, Law reviews, National Public Records of individuals and businessess plus feature software that performs multiple searches simultaneously on a single person and to make background checks easier to perform, International, National, Regional and Local News Sources, and Legal texts and periodicals. Cost for on and off-line printing, related software and updates and training must be included in the fixed monthly rate for unlimited access and usuage.
