Specifications include, but are not limited to: For the fixed monthly rate, the Contractor must make available unlimited access to and usage of its legal research services to the Attorney General, deputy attorneys general, all assistant attorneys general, staff attorneys, legal assistants, and other staff of the Office of the Attorney General. In addition, these services must be available to up to fifteen (15) non-OAG State employees to be designated by OAG. These may include but are not limited to counsel to certain State agencies. The Office of the Public Defender (OPD) and the Office of Administrative Hearings may participate in this Contract. The OPD staff includes, authorized public defender attorneys and other staff, and the OAH staff include authorized judges, attorneys and staff.
