Specifications include, but are not limited to: Projects may include: Inspecting pressurized mains, including non-destructive internal and external inspection methods and other manholes, if needed, and leak detection. Possible inspection methods may include, but are not limited to: o Visual o Closed circuit television o Broadband electromagnetic o Acoustic o Ultrasonic o Pressure monitoring o Forensic analysis of pipe coupons o Soil corrosivity/conductivity, etc. o Pump station drawdown Coordinating, as needed, with water and/or wastewater utility owner(s) to adjust hydrant/valve/pump station operation to accommodate inspection work. The Firm may be tasked to adjust water main hydrant and/or valve operations or design access points to accommodate inspection work.
