Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (“IFB”) for a highly qualified contractor to provide on-call general trades services, on an as-needed basis; a. Demolition; b. Rough carpentry; c. Finish carpentry; d. Sheetrock installation and finishing, to include priming and finished painting; e. Relocating/installing interior walls and partitions; f. Suspended ceilings; g. Weather proofing of doors; h. Repair/replace of molding or trim, doors, and door jambs; i. Coordination of the work with other trades; j. Vinyl composition tile (VC) and carpet tiles installation; k. Minor CMU/Concrete demolition and reconstruction to include any paint restoration; l. Snow removal; m. General laborer tasks to include material and furniture relocation in the facility
