Specifications include, but are not limited to: These specifications in addition to and/or in place of similar paragraphs in the Board of Education of Harford County (hereafter referred to as Harford County Public Schools or HCPS), Instruction to Bidders, are intended to furnish all necessary labor, equipment, supervision, tools, services and all related incidentals required to perform all work necessary for on-call emergency snow removal services at various locations (approximately 60 schools and offices) for Harford County Public Schools. 2.1 Awarded Bidder(s) shall perform on-call emergency snow removal services as directed by HCPS. The requirements outlined herein are intended as an aid to acquaint Bidders with what could be required to execute the work on this contract. These specifications will serve as the source documents for services for the term of the Contract. 2.2 HCPS intends to award to contractors for on-call emergency snow removal during the winter months, December 1st through March 31st for various locations throughout Harford County (approximately 60 schools and offices) for HCPS. 2.3 All snow removal shall be done on-site. Snow will be pushed into areas approved by HCPS on-site personnel.
