2.3.1 The Contractor shall provide sufficient equipment and manpower. Typical crew: a minimum of three (3) laborers and one (1) working crew foreman each day. 2.3.2 SHA will provide a Truck Mounted Attenuator as needed, and where identified by the Contract Manager, or their Authorized Representative. 2.3.3 The work on this project shall conform to the Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration's Specifications entitled, "Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials Book" revisions thereof, or additions thereto, (see the “Notice to Contractor – Request for Information” for the version applicable to this Contract); and the provisions included in this Invitation for Bids. In the case of discrepancy between the Standard Specifications and all other provisions contained in the Contract, the Contract Manager will be the sole authority as to the proper procedure to follow
