Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1 The Contractor shall provide sufficient equipment and manpower. There shall be a minimum of five (5) man litter pickup crew to facilitate on-call litter pickup services on MD 665 from Bywater Road to US 50), I 97 (from Severn Run to US 50 including ramp/interchanges), and MD 178 (from Housley Road to I 97) roadways under the purview of the Annapolis Maintenance Shop. Work activities include removal of trash, littler, and debris including recap, organic debris, bottles, cans, cardboard, paper, etc. This also includes, but is not limited to, the removal and clearing of debris from inlet grates along the road shoulders and clearing of debris from concrete curbs and sidewalks. 2.2.2 The Contractor shall provide a Truck Mounted Attenuator, and one (1) operator as needed, and were identified by the Contract Manager, or their Authorized Representative. 2.2.3 The work on this project shall conform to the Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration's Specifications entitled, "Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials Book" revisions thereof, or additions thereto, (see the “Notice to Contractor – Request for Information” for the version applicable to this Contract); and the provisions included in this Invitation for Bids. In the case of discrepancy between the Standard Specifications and all other provisions contained in the Contract, the Contract Manager will be the sole authority as to the proper procedure to follow.
