This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a Contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”): The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is seeking a qualified MHIC Licensed Contractor to provide commercial carpentry services on an on-call/as-needed basis at the following three (3) locations. 1). District-5 Annapolis Maintenance Shop 138 Defense Highway, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 2). MD-32 Odenton Salt Dome Satellite Facility 8208 Telegraph Road, Odenton, Maryland 21113 3). Tracy’s Landing Salt Dome Satellite Facility 5820 Solomons Island Road, Lothian, Maryland 20711 The services provided shall be in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. The anticipated Contract start date is July 01, 2025.
