a. Design/ build one (1) 40’d x 40’w x 16’ (eave height) (h) Pole Building to include footers, framing, roof trusses, metal roofing and siding, gutters, downspouts, etc. The building shall have a 4/12 roof pitch and 1’ overhangs on all sides. b. The Pole Building shall be fully enclosed to include #57 gravel floor as per Unit Price # 1, one 12’w x 14’h garage door, two 3’- 0” x 6’- 8” pedestrian entrance door, and one 20’x 14’h sliding garage door on roller track. Both doors shall be electrically controlled. c. The design/ build pole building drawings shall be signed/ stamped by a Professional Architect/Engineer, licensed in the state of Maryland, and approved by the DNR Project Manager. d. The contractor shall provide DNR with a copy of the As-Built drawings in PDF format. e. Installation of new electric line to connect to the new pole barn building.
