Specifications include, but are not limited to: In consultation with the Project Monitor, the Consultant will develop a new National Register nomination form for the Westminster Historic District (the “National Register Nomination Form”). Documentation will be submitted in accordance with the National Register Bulletin 16 A: How to Complete the National Register Registration Form and Standards and Guidelines for Architectural and Historical Investigations in Maryland, 2019 (the “Standards and Guidelines”) and will include: a. A comprehensive inventory of properties within the District, with current street addresses, construction dates, physical descriptions and an evaluation of contributing/non-contributing status. b. A thorough narrative of the District’s development and historic context.
