Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Inspect existing 200-amp service panel, replace panel if needed. b. Remove ceiling tiles and store in safe location as not to damage. c. Remove all existing surface mounted wall outlets, wire molding, raceways, and switches. d. Remove laminate wood paneling, vinyl base molding and drywall in two (2) front office spaces. e. Remove electrical wiring servicing outlets only. Do Not remove any phone or data wiring roll up and secure in place to be put back. f. Install approximately Thirty -one (31) AFCI receptacles, six (6) Quad receptacles, one (1) GFCI receptacle, and Seven (7) switches. g. Install new phone jack and data boxes for existing lines. h. Test electrical system for proper operation by a third-party electrical inspection. i. Install insulation on exterior walls. j. Install new drywall and prepare the surface to accept one (1) coat of primer and two (2) coats of paint. k. Install new vinyl base molding. l. Install existing ceiling tiles back into ceiling grid. m. Removal and proper disposal of all debris off state property.
