Solicitation is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase of Invanti Service Management on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis with vCloud Tech, Inc. under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov his on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 4:00 pm on 10 AUG 2023.
If you are quoting, you MUST be an authorized distributor. Only quotes accompanied by a copy of an authorized reseller certificate will be evaluated. ubstitutes are not acceptable. Must be OEM. Award will be made on an all or none basis. All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to courtney.l.burgos.civ@us.navy.mil.

Please include your published price list, historical, authorized distributor letter, Cage Code, include POC email, lead time and grand total amount. Quote all or none.
